I recently purchased a couch at the Hanover mass location. I had a wonderful experience and was helped by Diana Cassidy. Diana was very helpful and very patient . She was very understanding on how important it is to make the right decision when making a large purchase . I had never been to Boston Interiors until my sister was shopping for a couch. We had such a great experience with Julie in the Hanover store that I went back for a rug that I had seen. Again, great service!! Would definitely recommend that location to others!

Sarah has been an invaluable help to us each time we have shopped at Boston Interiors. She is helpful in a subtle and never overbearing way! She is friendly, gracious and so patient! We only wish we could continue buying furniture from her! Unfortunately, we have no room to put anymore furniture! Sarah is a gem!! Love that BI will deliver so soon if furniture is in stock!!

We had the best experience yesterday at the BI tent sale! The sales associate LIsa was awesome - she made me feel confident about my purchase and made me really excited for my sectional to be delivered. Looking forward to adding more pieces from Boston Interiors to our new home!

We have bought accent chairs before from Boston Interiors & we’re very satisfied. I was looking for a comfortable and smallish recliner and saw a few on the Boston Interiors website. I called the Hanover store & spoke to Joe Hickey. I wanted to be able to sit in the recliner - I never buy furniture on line. Joe was very helpful. Hanover had 2 of the 3 models I had identified. He was available at the store when I arrived & showed me the 2 models, explaining the details of each. The Keys Recliner was comfortable & the stock upholstery color is perfect for my room. Joe handled the sale efficiently & was able to schedule delivery two days later. Another great experience with Boston Interiors.

Saw a sofa I loved in an advertisement and went to the Hanover MA store to see it in person, sit on it, etc. Sarah Miers showed me the sofa and similar ones as well. She was so knowledgeable and informative. Answered all my questions. A couple of days later I called with a few more questions and ended up ordering the sofa and taking advantage of a sale and free delivery. As it turned out delivery was available that Saturday. Delivery called me the day before saying it could be 7-10am, perfect for me. They showed up right at 7, which was great, and there were two gentlemen that brought it into my living room and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Delivery was flawless. I love the sofa, it looks great!. A few years ago I bought a chair from the same store with the same experience. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Sarah at the Hanover store was really great. She helped us pick out a great sectional and other pieces, provided good advice on fabric choices and room design, and answered our many questions, putting us at ease. She’s awesome.

I had a wonderful experience at Boston Interiors. The sales people don't hover. They let me browse on my own. Their signage was excellent giving all the details you needed to know about all the items offered. They were available for any questions and when I made my choice, they were very helpful. Will return there.

Our experience was great! Sarah Miers at the Hanover MA store was very knowledgeable about what was available in the store based on our needs and went beyond to find comparable items online that could be ordered. We left the store with a full print out of the items we would possibly go ahead and order with pricing so that a future ordering process would be speedy. Overall very impressed with our shopping experience.

We had a great experience purchasing our sofa! Judith was amazing and went above and beyond with helping us find the perfect sectional for our living room space. She did not rush us at all and even sent us personalized schematics with different options. They have beautiful furniture in store in Hanover - I could have went with at least 3 different models. Thank you!
